HF vibrators feature an eccentric mass housed within the vibrating head, which is connected to a rotating shaft powered by a three-phase asynchronous AC motor. As the shaft rotates, the eccentric mass generates rotational movements, creating the necessary vibration for effective concrete compaction.
HF vibrators must be operated with electric or electronic converters that transform the standard 50/60 Hz frequency to 200 Hz. This conversion is essential to achieve the ideal vibration speed of 12,000 Rpm.
