Pendulum Concrete vibrator

The pendulum concrete vibrator (also called as planetary concrete vibrator) is the most classic vibrator poker. It is equipped with a rolling cone connected to the rotating flex shaft and suspended in the poker head. When flex shaft rotates, the rolling cone rolls along the raceway on the inner wall of the poker head, thereby generating planetary motion. It means that the rolling cone connected to the flex shaft, in addition to rotating around its axis and the driving flex shaft at the same speed, also performs periodic reverse revolution along the raceway on the inner wall of the poker head, so that the poker head produces high-frequency vibration to the concrete. It is designed for heavy-duty applications and demanding sites. Powered by modern petrol or diesel engines or electric motors, it offers high performance and usability.

The pendulum type vibrator consists of drive unit, and vibrating poker head with flexible shaft, which are connected by different couplings. Different regions might need different form. T-Flex could supply all related of drive unit and vibrator poker of Dynapac type, Japanese type, Korean type, Russia type, India type and ZN (China) type.

Besides, in order to adjust the vibration of rubber hose, normally we supply CJ series---the pendulum concrete vibrator without counter spring inside the poker head and C series---the pendulum concrete vibrator with counter spring inside the poker head--- to reduce the vibration of rubber hose.
